Login troubles?

Before sending in a request for help, please take a second to ensure that:

1. You are using the exact username and password you received. Capitals matter, so if the password or your username has any uppercase letters, please make sure you use the capitalization.
2. If you copy/paste your information, please make sure that no extra blanks spaces have been inserted at either the beginning or the end. Some systems are problematic and add a blank, which will prevent you from logging in.

To make sure there are no blank spaces added to either end, try pasting what you’ve copied into a Plain Text file or other document so you can actually see to find out if a blank space was inadvertently added.
